Hi most mornings I wake up with earache headache in the right side off my head and when I move my head it throbs and is very painful when I m up out of bed within a hour I m fine I ve had this for a few years and been doctors and had my ears and eyes looked at and there fine

It could be a cluster headache or migraine but this is unusual after a night of restful sleep.
Make sure there is no underlying stress, depression or anxiety. Moderate exercise and meditation could help. Do not take painkillers without seeing a doctor first, preferably a physician.
