As per your complain recurring clogging up of ears can be due to blocked Eustachian tube caused due to Eustachian tube dysfunction.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and Otoscopic examination can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised decongestant Oral as well as Nasal drips, Steroids along with antibiotics and anti allergics... If required Pressure Equalization tubes can be placed in the ears to aid in easing drainage and maintain unclog ears..
