What Causes Ear Blockage After Treated With Stomach Bug?

I recently had a stomach bug which lasted 4 days (headache, diarrhea, vomiting everything including water) Now my right ear is blocked. I thought it was wax buildup but the wax removal drops are showing now wax. There is no pain just annoyance cause cant hear.

There is no correlation with stomach bug infection, however, the vomiting might have caused some irritation in nasopharyngeal mucosa causing edema of Eustachian tube opening which might have cased the hearing loss. Beside wax could be another cause as you mentioned that some wax is coming after wax drops, I suggest an visit to ENT specialist for assessment and treatment
