General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The culture negative urine sample rules out any presence of serious infection.

The palm and sole burning can be part of underlying neuropathy either from diabetes, folate, B12 deficiency or so forth.

It is advisable to consult a neuro physician in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
