Hi
Your BP value is not too high.It is not a cause for concern yet.I rather prefer you get a good rest and do more of a nutritional management with low salt and low oil diets. You can control your BP again later.Dyspepsia however can make you disturbed and raise your BP.Possible causes of dyspepsia are: gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic/duodenal ulcers, lactose intolerance, biliary colic/cholecystitis, anxiety, stomach cancer, just to name a few.
The treatment of this condition depends on the cause but in most cases, a cause may not be found and some home remedies can help:
-eat regular small meals instead of three heavy meals,
-avoid lying down immediately after meal.2-3 hours after will do
-avoid chocolate, alcohol and caffeine
-avoid spicy foods/food with a lot of acid
-Avoid tight dresses around your tommy
-Take enough fruits like soft pawpaw but avoid bananas as bananas constipate.
If the symptom continues after all these, you may see a Doctor for evaluation.
When you stomach disorder will be taken care of, you will feel better and your BP as well will go down as well.
Hope my answer will help you
All the best
