What Causes Dysgeusia, Pyrosis And Headache?

I have ms and psoriatic arthritis. I have recently gone from high blood sugar controlled with glucagon to very low blood sugar (I had to stop taking the gluc). I have a metallic taste on the sides of my tongue and now bad heartburn with a headache. What s going on?

Dear
I can understand your concern . I would like to inform you that metallic taste and heart burn is may be because of any medicine or this may be excessive acid production in your stomach . Few drugs after absorptio, get secreted by salivary gland and produces metalic taste.
Some may cause stomach irritation .
You need to take antacids such as pantoprazole and if this persist then discuss about this with your physician .
Hope this will help you . If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
I find this answer helpful
