What Causes Dull Pain On The Head With Nausea?

Good day, I have a headache on top of my head, more tho the right side, its a very dull non specific pain with nausea and I vomited once, I also have a twitch in my bottom lip on the left. I am worried as I have tried sinusitus medication and it does not help. This has been going on for abot 7 days. Please can you advice. Regards Quinton
