What Causes Dull Pain In Testicle?

I have a constant feeling of dull pain in my right testicles which a urologist I consulted around six months ago said was to do with high uric acid. Does that make sense? They also did some scans and said everything was okay.
I am 33 years old, 178 cms in height and weighing around 88 kgs. I do suffer from gout, other than I do not have any other health issues.
