Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Can be due to muscle spasm related to bad posture or a poor back support by the mattress at night. Taking muscle relaxants will help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal .
