Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms there are 2 possibilities:
1.The bumps can be APTHOUS ULCERS and the white bump on the lip mucosa and the other painful bump over the right side of tongue can be matured ulcers while the small bumps are not completely matured ulcers..
2.Other cause can be viral infection known as Herpes causing
cold sores and are
fluid filled blisters and in mouth it is not caused by
Herpes Simplex Virus 2 but by
HSV 1.
Both the conditions are self limiting and apthous ulcers resolve in a week while Herpes resolves in a period of within 2 weeks.
Bur Herpetic cold sores can recur as it is a recurring viral infection, so in case if it is diagnosed
antiviral drugs can be given to reduce the frequency and duration of the eruptions..
You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
-In case of apthous ulcers taking Vitamin B complex supplements, soda bi-carb gargles and application of a numbing gel containing Lignocaine and taking
Ibuprofen to relieve pain and inflammation will help..
In case of herpes antiviral oral and topical medications will help..
Preventing intimate contact with others is must in herpes as it is highly contagious..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
