General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, following are the issues related to your husband.
- Broken nose in childhood causing nasal blockage and disturbance in breathing and sleep.
- Drinking plenty of water since 20 days because he says his throat is always dry.
- Lost weight very fast.
- always sleepy.
** All these symptoms are suggestive of one of the following things:
- Sleep apnea with attendant problems
- Possibility of diabetes as symptoms fir well into this.

I would advice the following:
- CT scan of the Paranasal sinuses with nose and Pituitary MRI.
- Investigations of the blood for blood sugar all forms, urea and creatitine and other relevant .

The treatment will be as per the findings.
