Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain the symptoms of Dry Mouth and Dry eyes clearly indicates that you have Sjogren's Syndrome in which the above both symptoms of dry mouth and eyes are hallmark symptoms of Sjogren's Syndrome.

Pain in the joints is also due to arthritis..

Multiple tooth problems are due to lack of saliva which causes deficient flushing action of saliva leading to more bacterial accumulation on teeth and more cavitation and there is also increase in gum diseases causing loosening of teeth which leads to tooth fall..

You should consult a Rheumatologist and get evaluated and get treated for dry eyes and dry mouth.

For dry eyes use of artificial tears containing methyl cellulose can help in lubricating the eyes

For dry mouth Saliva substitutes needed to be instilled in mouth for lubrication and preventing dryness..
Saliva stimulants like lemon drops, sour candies and sugar free chewing gum can be taken as they stimulate saliva flow..
Pilocarpine drug is used in case of dry mouth and eyes as it stimulates the tear gland and salivary glands to increase tear flow and saliva flow..

Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration..

Try to maintain a good oral hygiene so as to maintain the remaining natural teeth and prevent oral and tooth infections from flourishing in the lack of saliva..

Hope this information helps..
