Hi

If you do not have any other systemic disease, you have primary Burning Mouth Syndrome or else its secondary.
To rule out the exact cause Kindly tell me
1.Your age
2.Do you have Anxiety/Depression/Stress?
3.Do u have a very spicy diet or any oral diseases like oral thrush(fungal infection).
4.Do you have thyroid related diseases
5.Do have problems with your tears(dryness in eyes)?

As per you mentioned in your case, BMS (Burning mouth sundrome) may be due to:
hormonal changes(especially in women usually during menopause), stress , anxiety, depression, injury to salivary gland, Cyanocobalamine or folic acid (vitamin B complex) deficiency or iron deficiency etc

Consult an Oral Physician and get the right diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have blood check up.
Please do yoga and mind relieving moderate exercises to avoid stress, depression or anxiety.

Thank you
