What Causes Dry Skin During Winter And Black Scars On Forehead?
Sir I my skin is Dry and specially in winter I face lots of problem from my foot to head it gets dried. I am more concern about my face as during winter black scars on my face gets Darker. Tried various creams but not getting resolved. I tried melas cream recently but my skin becoming red and pealing. ( may be as on first day I kept it over Night) please suggest solution for the black scars on my fore head and on high point of chick and below eyes.

Well come to HCM
If the blacking of skin is not due to disease then this wont be rectify and if this is due to some pathological changes then this can be well managed with, "Hydroquinone cream' and moisturizing agent, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
