Please type your RESPECTED DOCTOR ASALAM ALIKUM MY NAME IS FAYAZ SHAH FROM SRINAGAR J&K MY FATHER IS 55 YEARS OLD FROM LAST FEW MONTHS HE NOTICE SOME DRYNESS AND WEAKNESS.I ADVICE HIM FOR BLOOD SUGAR FASTING INVESTIGATION. JUST NOW I RECEIVED MEDICAL REPORT THE BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL IS 313.0MG. DUE TO DISTURBANCE IN OUR STATE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MOVE ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER PLACE.MY FATHER FEEL VERY MUCH WEAKNESS AND DRY MOUTH.
