Hi.. Thanks for the query.. Your symptoms of dry mouth, dry skin and dry eyes is all indicating towards autoimmune disease like Sjogren s syndrome.. It is a condition in which body s own immune cells attack the secretory glands leading to reduced secretions and it mostly effects saliva and tear glands.. So my suggestion is to consult a Rheumatologist and get evaluated.. Investigations will be carried out to check for anti-SSA and anti-SSB antibodies, Rheumatoid factors etc.. Treatment can be initiated according to the diagnosis.. For now to relieve dry mouth start instilling lubricant mouth gel like Oralgel and chew sugar free chewing gum. Apply thick coat of petroleum jelly over the.lips and corners and apply moisturising body lotion on skin.. Use artificial tear drops in eyes.. Hope this helps.. Regards..
