What Causes Dry, Itchy Patches With Skin Tag Like Things On Feet?

Hello. Over the last 6 months or so? I ve had dry patches of skin appear that itch so badly I scratch then until they bleed. They itch very badly, and now there is something new - it looks like a mix between a boil and a pimple.. Or a skin tag. It itches so badly.. I scratched it until the sides bled. This is on both feet, and anti itch cream does not work. What can I do?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given history and symptoms are suggestive of some fungal infection, if I would be treating physician of this case then I would suggest "Tab Terbinafine cream" and Terbinafine cream" it is even advisable to try antibiotic too and best would be "Tab Cefdine 300 mg twice in day for five days, hope this information helps.
