General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Dry and itchy patches on the inner thighs may be caused by several conditions such as fungal infections, eczema, psoriasis, or contact dermatitis. The fact that it has spread to other areas such as your penis, testicles, wrist, under the belly button, knees, the back of the heels, and rear end suggests that it may be a more generalized skin condition. Treatment may include topical medications, oral medications, or lifestyle changes depending on the underlying cause of the dry itchy patches.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
