What Causes Dry Heaves, vomiting And Green Stool?

My 17 year old son has had severe dry heaves on and off for over a week and is now vomiting orange, he is extremely fatigued, falling asleep when out with friends, he is experiencing green stools, back ache, neck ache, abdominal pain and burning when he urinates. He does not have a fever. Prior to this he had a headache for 2 weeks straight. His headache has stopped. What could be wrong? He continues to go to school keeps up his regular schedule despite all the dry heaving and nausea although very severe comes and goes.

Hello
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern, looking to history given here I seems to be viral infection and the symptoms could be immune responsive second generation antihistamine can be tried and best would be Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg twice in day, for pain condition Acetaminophen can be tried, be patience it will be fine soon, once the course of disease overs then all the symptoms will be improved, abdomen pain could be due to the same reason of allergic response, but once the period is overs it will be fine too, hope this information helps,
