General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Nothing to worry, this finding is normally found with old lower respiratory tract infection and not having any significance.
This might be due to old bacterial pneumonia and not of much importance.
Ask her to go for deep breathing exercise.
Ok and take care.
