What Causes Dry Cough With Blood Stains & Diarrhoea?

Hi, I would like your help and advice please. I have been suffering with with a dry cough, headaches, and diarrohea and generally feeling unwell for about 6 days. Today I have noticed blood in my tissue when I blow my nose and very tiny amounts when coughing. (mainly blood from the nose is visible). What could this be?. I have no other symptoms, like a running nose, like when you have a head cold. What should I do, If anything?,

Thanks for your help.
