Hi,

I suggest you not to get worried. It's just because of the climate. Just do warm salt water gargle twice or thrice daily. Do tongue scrubbing and ChlorHex mouth rinse after brushing. Avoid having cold foodstuff. Have hot water, coffee etc. Have hot food. You will be fine in a week. If still then it persists meet an ent and get medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rohit S Menon, Dentist
