What Causes Drowsiness While On Metoprolol, Lisinopril And Lipitor?

I am currently taking the following medication for my heart. I was put on the medication after having an A-fib. After reading what the medication does for my heart, I feel some of the medications I am taking maybe a duplication for to my heart. I am always tired and can sleep day and night at any time. I play golf and after nine holes I run out of energy. I am 83 years old and in good health except for the heart problem. My question to you I am I taking to much medication or possible a duplication, that may counter act to each other and is there any other medication I could take cutting back on my current medication. Metoprolol succinate 100 mg once a day Lisinopril 10 1 mg daily Hydrochlorothiazide 25 1 mg daily Lipitor 40 1 mg daily Eliguis 5 mg 2 tablets daily Lsosorb monoer 30 mg 1 tablet daily
