What Causes Drowsiness, Dizziness And Nausea After A Colonoscopy?

I just had a colonoscopy with versed and Demerol administered. (Procedure done 7 hours ago). At first I felt drowsy, but now I am feeling dizzy and nauseated. I am 66 years old, female and weigh 135 pounds. Is this normal? Am I dehydrated? Would like to be rid of nausea and dizziness.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is just nothing to worry of course this is not normal but it is nothing to worry, if dehydration is there then you will have to correct it, just wait for some time and everything would be alright then, if not then you need to see it clinically, may requires some investigation, hope this information may helps you take care and have a nice day.
