Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Taking proper nutrition and sleep can keep you energetic every time. It is good to take a small nap during afternoon. This will give you freshness. Taking citrus fruits also will help you maintain fresh. The people who get proper sleep at night will be fresh in morning. Some they don't get proper sleep due to upper respiratory block or chronic infections. So giving your body proper nutrition and rest at intervals will help you maintain your self energetic.
