General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello understand your concern.
You noticed blood after wiping. Whether this blood was from your urethra or from your vagina needs to be known. Normal menstruation may come early by 3-5 days to may be delayed by 3-5days. So this could be normal if it is within your menstrual period range. The blood in urine may be due to infection or injury to urethra or bladder.
My advice is you should visit gynecologist and get your vagina examined by speculum examination. This will help to know the source. Accordingly an antibiotic can be prescribed to you.
Hope this will help you.
