Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is unlikely for the double vision to be associated with upper respiratory tract infection.

Double vision can occur due to refractive error, squint, cataract, glaucoma to name few conditions.

It is important to have an exact diagnosis to have correct treatment.

I suggest you discuss the diagnosis with your ophthalmologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
