What Causes Double Vision, Dizziness And Fainting Sensation?

i experienced double vision, dizziness and felt like i was going to pass out. My wife took my pulse and found it to be 126 (she s a CNA). I had not been exerting myself and had no drugs or alchohol. Any suggestions as to the cause or the type of doctor i should see?
