What Causes Dizzy Spells And Pain In Head And Neck?
I ve been having dizzy spells for two weeks and my head and neck at the back on right side is quite tender to touch and sometime can make my head more dizzy I have to shut my eyes it s also a hot sensation. I went to doctors and they said it could be inner ear infection but I m thinking it maybe more to do with my bones in head x

There may be many possibility and it can only be confirmed after the proper diagnosis.
I would suggest you to go for CT head which will give a clear picture and on the basis of which diagnosis can be made and treatment can be initiated.
I would not suggest you to take any medicine without proper diagnosis. It may be some time not good for health.
