What Causes Dizziness, stomach Burning And Weakness Post Brain Surgery?

My husband has recently had a meningioma(brain tumor) removed. Everything is going good with that but the past week he has experiencing dizzinesss, stomach burning, and feeling VERY weak...NO energy whatsoever. He has been to his doctor, they took blood, urine sample. They sent home a stool sample for him to get and drop it off Monday morning. He even went to the local emergency room...they took an ekg of his heart, ct scan of his head, blood and urine samples...they could find nothing wrong with him. Could you possibly tell me what is wrong with him? Could it be an ulcer?

Hi
thank you for trusting HCM
I read your query and understand your concern
It is a good news that all his lab test and examinations are ok
The symptoms your husband is suffering have two possible explanations, it is stomach suffering (probably ulcer or gastritis) or anxiety
There are both fully treatable
Consult your gastrologist and schedule examination
If it is normal, it is anxiety and after starting treatment your husband will be fine again
Hope I have been of help
Stay healthy

Hi
thank you for trusting HCM
I read your query and understand your concern
Those symptoms probably aren't related to brain surgery as control examination were normal
Probably you are facing a gastric problem
Blood pressure should be controlled
Hypotension may cause those symptoms
A PPI might be added to therapy
Hope I have been of help
Stay healthy
