What Causes Dizziness ?
I have been having dizziness off an on today. It started at about 8AM this morning while I was still sleeping. Visually the room spins and I feel a little nauseous. I m fine if I m up and moving. However when I m lying down and turn over or try and sit/stand up after lying down a spell hits

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say that this could be orthostatic hypotension and care must be taken while standing form the sitting position, if the symptoms persistence then condition need to be investigated for cardiac disease, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
