What Causes Dizziness?

well my daughter was complaining about being dizzy earlier she eight years old so when we came home from shopping she went to her room to take a nap she sleept for about hour and a half and woke up crying saying the front of her head hurt and it was pounding i took her tempature under her tounge and it was 100.8 so i gave her two teaspoons of motrim for kids and told her to lay back down i gave her a cool towel to put on her head and she went back to sleep she dose have some sinus prombles should i be concern =[ help!

Young children when have an infection with fever can have slight amount of dizziness. Because they feel extremely weak, and also since her temperature was around 101 degrees, she was having a lot of discomfort. With proper antibiotic usage, there should be nothing to worry about.
You can give her Tab. Levofloxacin 250 mg once daily for 5 days.

For her sinuses, steam inhalation is the best choice. Since sinus issues normally are chronic, it doesn't make sense to repeatedly use antibiotics. However if they are repeatedly causing concern you can get an X- RAY of the Para Nasal Sinuses done and consult the ENT specialist.
