General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling dizzy might be related to ;
- brain
- inner ear

problems. Further evaluation by neurologist and ENT specialist is needed to determine the right cause.

Feeling your muscles burning down deep might be related to:
- generalized weakness
- local blood circulation problems
- damages to local nerves

Further consultation with angiologist and neurologist is needed to determine the right diagnosis.

Until then, I'd advise to:
- have your meals regularly
- measure your blood pressure/sugar levels, record the results for further reference
- get multivitamin supplementation (vit.B complex, vit.C, calcium, vit.D)

Hope it was of help!
