What Causes Dizziness With Black Vision And Numb Tongue?
Ever since I got the flu, even after I was all better, I ve felt dizzy and very lightheaded and sometimes my vision tunneled black but never fully. Tonight was the first night it was very bad and I felt like I was going to throw up. My tongue also got very numb. Is there any illness with these symptoms?

Possibility of viral labyrinthitis secondary to flu is there..I would recommend you a short course of steroids together with vestibular suppressants
