What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Severe Anxiety?

I am going through a lot of anxiety attacks through out this past week and a half. I had an acute panic attack before these anxiety attacks. It took 5 days to get out of the acute attack. Right now I am still feeling unattached and slight dizzy and lightheaded.lm afraid to travel in a car to the hospital. How do I get help? I was in the process of having my panic attack being diagnosed. I went to my first visit to the psychiatrist and did an intake. Now I m going through all this and I m really struggling to get help. Can you please advise.
