What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From Hypertension?
I am a female 36 years old. I am getting the condition of spinning my head and vertigo recurrently. My BP becomes high if I am stressed, but maximum upto 150/95. If BP is in the normal range, then also the episodes of vertigo come. That s very disturbing to me in daily life routine. My HB is 13.4. Then what will be the main reason of vertigos either inner ear infection or some deficiencies of important vitamins e.g. folic acid, vitamin B12. My weight is 71kg.

For hypertension continue your antihypertensive medication
Here hypertension doesn't look responsible for vertigo
Labyrinthitis, Benign positional vertigo like causes has to be ruled out
According to cause further specific treatment given
Otological examination and hearing test has to be done here
If Labyrinthitis than antihistaminic or short term steroid useful
For BPPV epley manouver useful
If no cause found than neurological examination and MRI like investigation needed
