What Causes Dizziness While Suffering From High Blood Pressure?

Hi I am 56 my blood pressure is 122/65 and heart rate is 59 is that normal as I feel a little dizzy when standing up I am trying to cut down on blood pressure tablets as I m on 25 mg noten and 20 mg of olmetec was On 40 but dr wants to reduce from 40 to 20 and if need to 10 thanks

yes it is expected to feel a little dizzy with a blood pressure values as yours. I agree with your doctor on decreasing the dose while closely monitoring your blood pressure levels.
