What Causes Dizziness While Standing Up?
Yes...thank you..78 yo female passing out when she stands up. She has a hart condition. She also complains of being sick to her stomach. BP and heart rate drops until she is setting back up again or until she is laying with her head raised up in the bed..thank you

The symptoms you have described mainly tells she is suffering from postural hypotension.
You need to take opinion from Physician to know the cause and get treated accordingly.
