Hello Mam,
I just read your query. As you have mentioned about high blood pressure of your husband and about his medication, then the one possible cause might be postural hypotension which is lowering of blood pressure while transition from one position to another position.
* Another possible reason might include some problem with inner ear, because inner ear is responsible for maintaining posture, which can be ruled out with the help of clinical examination only.
* So I advise you to visit a nearby physician, so that he can rule out the exact cause. Once the proper cause is ruled out, it would be easier for you to take treatment rather than taking general treatment.
* I hope you find my answer helpful.
Thank you.
