General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You need to be monitored for any signs of postural drop or drop in blood pressures after long standing intervals. Using supplements for calcium D3 B12 and folic acid may be helpful with such symptoms. If dizziness persists, EKG and hooter monitoring as well as carotid Doppler may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
