What Causes Dizziness, Vomiting Sensation And Blue Coloring Of Hands?
Hello I'm a 16 year old boy with no known medical conditions. All day today i was feeling very sleppy but in a wierd way. At track practice I was running 300m dash training exercises and became dizzy and I was seeing feint spots. I felt like I was going to puke and my hands were turning blue and tingling (I was indoors and not cold)

Your symptoms are suggestive of dehydration, hypovolemia or anemia. Hypotension pale periphery is seen. Maybe due to lack of oxygen may bluish discoloration etcetera.
