What Causes Dizziness Upon Standing?

I have been feeling very light headness when I stand up. Looking at my phone gets me dizzy when i look up fast. Dizzy & feeling like i will faint for the past 3 days i have been eating well without leavibg ny self hungry but tonight i feel very light head even when laying dow i am scared that i will die in my sleep because it feel like ny body is all tingly in a way and my body is heavy but it feel so weird. Ps i do not drink do drugs or any other substance I am scared.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Standing dizziness may be due to postural hypotension or vestibular apparatus dysfunction. Also seen in anemia or vasovagal syncope or abdominal pain etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. Check your blood pressure on lying down and erect posture. Check for vestibular function, tilt table test. ECG and echocardiography. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
