What Causes Dizziness, Tingling Tongue, Mood Swings, Constant Pain In Pelvis And Womb?

I have had problems in my pelvic area for many years and keep getting given antibiotic s bit no further investigation is done. I am suffering from headache, dizziness, tingling tongue, mood swings, constant pain in pelvis and womb, acne, and am increasingly intolerant. This is now effecting my life so badly that I have spent the last 5 days in bed. Please help

HI..You have headache ,dizziness,tingling tongue.mood swings pain pelvis and it is taking up your life.It should be a combo of pelvic inflammatory disease with mood swings which is very common.But before dispensing the associated symptoms we need to rule out vitamin deficiency.For the primary complaint first go for an ultrasound abdomen.complete blood count erythrocyte sedimentation rate,culture for TB bacilli and cancer screening.Take care.
