General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I would suggest that you either visit your primary care provider or cardiologist as the symptoms you are describing could be due to cardiac causes such as arrhythmia (irregular heart rhythm), ischemia (lack of blood supply) etc. Please do this as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saralkumar R. Desai,
