What Causes Dizziness, Sore Throat, Bumps On Abdomen And Itchy Knee?

I am having the following symptoms: dizziness when I stand or move quickly; slight sore throat with cough as though it is dry but I drink lots of water. I now have some bumps on my abdomen and the backs of my knees that itch. They are red raised and swollen and look like mosquito bites but I have not been near mosquitoes and have them no where else.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the bumps on abdomen may be related to immune related eruptions secondary to systemic insult.

* The sore throat issue is viral infection related and can be managed with

- gargles with salted lukewarm water added peppermint oil
- decongestant
- cough formulations
- antibiotics and anti histamines

* The itchy knees also relate to immune mediated skin changes as Psoriasis or others.

* It is best recommended to consult your doc for co relation of the symptoms and put possible differential diagnosis list in your case.
