Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

These dizzy spells are not normal after surgery. They could be related to anemia or an inner ear disorder.
For this reason, I would recommend checking your complete blood count for anemia and monitor your blood pressure values to exclude low blood pressure.
If the dizziness persists, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
