Hello I had a lumpectomy (11/21/16) I am currently in Physical therapy and some massage therapy. In the past week I have been having dizzy spells. I have seen many medical Dr to rule out can inner ear concern. My question are these dizzy spells normal after surgery? Thank you
These dizzy spells are not normal after surgery. They could be related to anemia or an inner ear disorder. For this reason, I would recommend checking your complete blood count for anemia and monitor your blood pressure values to exclude low blood pressure. If the dizziness persists, I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist.
Hope you will find this answer helpful! Kind regards, Dr. Aida
