What Causes Dizziness, Mood Swings, Fatigue And Pressure Sensation In Head?

My husband has been experiencing dizziness, mood swings, fatigue, short term memory loss, spinning sensations, pressure in the head, and fever for about 4 days. We are trying to decide whether or not to take him to the hospital as we were at the gym tonight and almost lost consciousness while lifting weights. It was very scary. Please help.

His condition has lasted for 4 days without remission that fever is very dangerous. you should race him to the hospital immediately to have the best help.
