What Causes Dizziness, Mood Swings, Depression And Memory Loss After Knee Replacement Surgery?

My husband had knee replacement surgery 7 weeks ago. He s been off pain meds for 2-3 weeks. Symptoms I am noticing - dizziness, balance issues, mood swings, depression seems to come and go, memory loss, cold when i am hot. Are these related to post surgery or something else - ie, oxygen deprivation, TMIs, ???
