What Causes Dizziness, Loss Of Balance And Nausea?
male 58. last Thursday morning - when waking up - head spinning - loss of balance - nausea - lasted 1 hour. Wednesday - same symptoms in the morning but lesser. Thursday - went to consult MD - tests eyes and strength - stroke eliminated - doctor believe it is a virus - sig of HB pressure 150-70 Friday and today - still mils loss of balance and little nausea Should I be concerned about something more serious

Loss of balance dizziness and vomiting may be due to the positional equilibrium loss due to middle ear infection. Check the rhombus test after consulting a general physician.
