General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, detailed neurological examination and manervours for. cerebellar signs and BPPV should be done by a neurologist or an ENT specialist. Meanwhile, MRI will be done and will help for the cause too. However, baseline electrolytes and micronutrients deficiencies should be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
